As I'vel written, we're just entering a new Great Aeon, of Kama (love, pleasure, enjoyment)- one of the four "primary goals" or consciousness/awareness modalities as explained by the hindu sages.... in reference to the great zodiac ages of about 2160 years each. From the Book Of Tarot, worked out anciently by certain profound masters of Mauretania, I would cite the card or glyph which is called Illusory Success as being pertinent, for the first third of this long aeon Aquarius! Of the other Three types of lessons these represented, in an Age like this those of Artha are the most forgotten, generally.
Artha can mean methods, means, modalities- for example, it is in a civilization often "How do you get food to eat, water to drink, living shelter, clothing for the bodies; fulfill the sex-urge," etc.. The Old Testament story about how the famous patriarch obtained a wife, as instructed by a seer, demonstrates Artha- down to exactly where, what words exactly sould be spoken, what physical actions... Of course the semitic influence might include some admonition, something like, you'd better do it exactly this way or an avenging archangel with an upraised sword is going to descend from heaven and smite you!"
Artha- how should a woman or procession of women carry the water she's gotten from the well- in a jug on her head? Clothing, by Artha, is best made from animal skins, wool, natural fibers- the manufacturing process should not produce environmental pollution; animals slaughtered for wool or skins should be eaten, for fullest justification. Transportation should not produce as much pollution as it does currently, by Artha. That is not good Artha. Modes of shelter- some modes produce too much pollution, due to the gas cannisters they need to fill up repeatedly! Modes of heating. I could certainly go on...
