There's always that one pose (or select few) that make us groan and hide under the sofa. I'm going to start off with mine and if anyone has any poses they want to bring up, just post a thread!
Half Moon (Chandrasana) pose.
In my most serene moments, I can move into this pose and hold it and breathe. A lot of the time I still wobble, forget to keep my toes pointing straight and generally end up slumping my limbs. When I know I have to practice it I slouch up like a moody teenager having to come down for Sunday dinner. I'm happy with other balance poses but for some reason, perhaps because I struggled with it at the beginning, it's definitely my least favourite! I'm quite happy doing it when I have a sofa to lean my hand on though!
