Id say that the greatest benefit of yoga is its ability to inspire healthy living. After I started doing yoga I realized that I was more involved in my health and I started adopting more healthy habits. So yes, yoga probably does help life expectancy in that sense. But apart from this, if youre entering the senior age level then theres a bit more you can do to make sure that you make the most of your years. Well firstly, itd be a good idea to schedule regular appointments with your doctor so they can ensure that everything is in check. Then, theres a few things that are called miracle foods that you should definitely be consuming (even if you don't like the taste all that much). Ill list a few of them here.
